Founder & Lean Management Consultant
Jon White is the founder of Improve Consulting Group and an experienced Lean management consultant who has spent his career helping organizations understand complex problems and improve how work gets done.
His work spans municipal and public-sector organizations, private companies and nonprofits, with experience in process improvement, organizational reviews, municipal compensation reviews, research, analytics and facilitation.
Jon brings a practical, collaborative approach that involves the people closest to the work, challenges assumptions, and turns complex information into clear, actionable decisions.
